Cooling-off period

If you upgrade to Premium and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 3 days of payment, provided you have not consumed substantial premium content (e.g., downloaded any digest PDF).

How to request

Email support@stockslens.com with your account email and payment reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Non-refundable

  • Renewals beyond the cooling-off period.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of community rules.
